Requirement forms to request services can be obtained from School Administrators or directly from Print and Copy Services. They must be signed with an approved signature, usually a Head of Department / Dean of School. The forms plus original documents can be sent in the internal mail or delivered by hand to the Print and Copy Services reception desk.
Submit Work Electronically
To speed up the process of getting work printed by Print & Copy Services, you can send materials via the DocWorks program. This can be installed on your PC by putting in a call to the IT & Media Helpdesk. Once the document you wish to print is complete, select print and from the drop down menu select Oce Doc Works, complete the job ticket and send. Print & Copy Service will acknowledge via email that they have received the document and will send you a further email to say that the work is ready for you to collect, be delivered etc.
You may need permission to have the software installed on your computer, check with your School/Departmental Administrator first.
Staff are reminded that while the service aims to deliver material in the required time, this cannot always be guaranteed, and that sufficient lead-in time is essential.
All multiple copying is subject to the conditions of the Copyright Licensing Agency License, which is described in the chapter on Legislation or at:
http://www.cla.co.uk/have_licence/he/index.html.
