May I make multiple photocopies to hand out in class, either piecemeal or as a pack of course readings? 
 
The University has a Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) licence which allows you to do this for the material which it licences (see their website for details of excluded works). The limits on the amount are as for fair dealing.
